Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days after receiving funds for your purchase. Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date which will be provided prior to shipping.
Items That are Marked as Made To Order: Please allow 7-10 Business days to ship.
All Custom Orders are Shipped within the agreed upon time frame between Designer, Sherita Moss and The Client/ Customer.
Haus of Moss is not responsible for any shipping delays for services impacted due to COVID-19. All items are either Shipped from our HQ office or Warehouse both located in Los Angeles, CA. At this time, Haus of Moss only ship DOMESTIC. No international orders are being taken at this time.

RETURNS
Return Cost
Returns can be granted if reported within 48 hours after the delivery date. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING FEES FOR ALL RETURNS. Items must appear to be unworn with all tags still attached to garments for Returns. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of your items.
Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender. There is absolutely NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please Be Advised, Haus of Moss thoroughly inspects each item before shipping to ensure no items are broken, torn or damaged. Once it leaves our location and is in The Courier’s hands, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WHILE IN TRANSIT.
In very selective cases only, we will choose to offer a one time Discount Code to be used as In Store Credit for any defective items reported within 24 hours after the delivery time. If you are granted a Discount Code, the amount awarded will be a percentage (%) off of the cost of the defective item only.
